Stunning. Felt like a movie star every time I interacted with staff. I was in a friend's wedding here and the event staff, Donna and Petra especially, were exceptional. Every detail was taken care of and they kept a level head and rolled with the punches. One bartender in particular, Joey, was truly awesome. He was funny and witty, and really paid attention to the guests. It looked like he was having fun the whole time and he had a positive attitude that was contagious! The surf and turf dinner was absolutely delicious. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and in the winter the price for a king studio suite was unbeatable. No standard rooms here, suites only. Price goes up in the summer months but that is to be expected. Stunning, modern, luxurious. I would come here again and again if I could. Thanks for being awesome and giving my friend the wedding of her dreams!

We stayed here for a wedding over the winter and it was our 1st experience. The room was very large and comfortable. The ambience was warm and inviting. The sunset from our room was gorgeous. The woman at the front desk during our check-in was a bit flat and short with us, but the guys running the vallet parking made up for it ten times over.

Absolutely beautiful place! My son just got married there on November 17, 2023. The bartenders at the Salt Bar were great! Very well executed with no rehearsal. Perfect job. Food was amazing.

I was staying in town for a few days to enjoy the beach and I found this restaurant through a Google search. I had a feeling it would be pricey, but it had great reviews so I thought I'd try it. Upon entering the building I immediately noticed how beautiful designed and decorated it was. Our server Jamie D was helpful with selecting menu items and she was so sweet and professional. We were blown away by the food. It reminded me of how wonderful food can be when it is prepared with such care. Each item had complex flavors that stood out so clearly. Overall this has to be the best place to eat in the area.

Went for dinner with friends. December 2. Holiday decorations were sparse, room was cold. Waitress was brusque, inefficient and non-present. The service was rushed. The food itself was good, execution on point, flavorful and well presented. In all, the experience was Disappointing. We will not be returning.

Started this gig being as a vendor at different weddings. Over the weekend I visited LBI to deliver equipment to a wedding. The hotel is beautiful and the vast majority the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There was one who didn't seem like she wanted her job but that's her problem. Only lost a star because this was the first venue to serve the vendors a different meal than the wedding party. Which wouldn't have been a problem if the cucumbers on the burger had been pickled, then I wouldn't have a single complaint. However, I have never eating a burger with cucumbers and I can't say that I enjoyed it. Outside of that and the one servers attitude, I thoroughly enjoyed everything else. The bar tender is a top notch employee, he did nothing for me but I watched his interactions with a few customers.

Extremely disappointed with this stay. We have stayed here before and the pool was such a beautiful part of the hotel. This stay the pool was DISGUSTING. Mold and mildew lined the pool floor and wall tiles, faded tile, was not heated as it …
